Eleri is Distinctly Sultry with Pop Appeal

When a professionally trained musician from the renowned Berklee College of Music steps into the spotlight, magic just seems to happen. Los Angeles-based singer and songwriter Eleri has just released the music video for I Need the Chase a single from her upcoming album Love Cyanidation and if the single is any indication of what is to come from this edgy songstress, the world of music is in for quite a surprise.

A double-take might have one thinking they just saw Katy Perry or Jessie J flash by but, at first listen Eleri brings a sound that is truly one of a kind. I Need the Chase is a beautifully composed mid-tempo track with synth-driven elements. Eleri gives a powerful vocal performance as she croons out poetic verses and a spirited chorus that is impossible to forget. The song delivers a suave feel with sultry ambiance and characteristic pop appeal.

Based in Los Angeles, Eleri brings classical and electronic music training to the stage. As a student of guitar, voice, and piano, she later attended Berklee College of Music, honing her skills. Love Cyanidation her upcoming album is scheduled to be released on February 3, 2015. Eleri did all of the instrumentals, production, and engineering for the album on her own.
