C-Mo Dough Displays Versatile Styles

Blazing out of Dallas-Fortworth C-Mo Dough, aka Correct, is set to light up the national rap/hip hop scene with an amazing six track EP of gritty, sexy and often bluesy jams. With the genre sounding more and more familiar each year, the songs in this collection aren’t anything you’ve heard before. For example, Swang intersperces jazzy horns behind cleverly crafted and retro-sounding raps. We Gon See features bluesy guitar riffs and a catchy hook that will stay with you even after you’d switched off you iPod. Anything is a mass-appeal track you could be hearing very soon on both hip hop and top40 radio stations as it burned up the clubs throughout Texas during spring break.

Who is C-Mo Dough? He originally hails from Queens, New York, but began his musical career in Dallas, Texas. With a sound influenced by greats like AZ, Big L, Pimp C, Biggie, Jay-Z, and K-Roc, he’s wowed the crowds at such venues as the Texas State Fair Chevrolet Main Stage and the House of Blues in downtown Dallas. His EP, No Rules Just Code, was released earlier this year and he’s the headlining artist of Young OG Records.
